Browtiste Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to the Browtiste team members, and therefor is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 3 hours notice for cancellations.
Strict and Enforced 3 Hour Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we at Browtiste miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. In turn, clients on our waiting list also miss the opportunity to receive services.
Less than 3 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Appointments made within the 3 hour period that need to cancel Browtiste requires that the client must cancel within 3 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
We hope you understand that these policies are put in place to ensure our clients and staff are given the opportunity to best take full advantage of each and every day. It is also so we may be sure we are providing our clients with the highest quality service. We look forward to seeing you at your office or event!
What happens if I’m late to an appointment?
As our services are often held within professional working environments, it's important that we stay on schedule - for you and for your colleagues. Sadly, if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we will only be able to give you a condensed service (polish change, shortened chair massage, etc). If you are more than 10 minutes late or don’t show up for your appointment without cancelling, we won’t be able to service or refund you.
Browtiste wants you to LOVE your Brows as well as any Products you have purchased with us. If you aren't happy with your Browtiste Products, please notify us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
If you're unhappy with your Brows, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment.
Payment of Services
How do I pay?
Checking out has never been easier! In order to keep our booking system simple, we accept all major credit cards. If you’re concerned about safety, please know that we use a secure third-party server to both serve and process payments. Though you input your card at the time of booking, we won’t charge your card until the service is complete.
Is gratuity included in the service?
Gratuity is not included in our prices. Our Brow Specialists appreciate gratuity if your service was to your satisfactory. They except tips on cards or in cash. Customary is 18 to 20 percent is customary.
How sanitary are these services?
Maintaining a hygienic and comfortable environment for appointments is our main priority, which is why we utilize the strictest sanitary procedures. For tweezing, our tools (tweezers, scissors, brow brushes) are cleaned and sterilized in barbicide between each appointment. For waxing, we never ever double dip.
